Hangzhou Hangyang Cryogenic Vessel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as HYCV), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hangzhou Hangyang Group Co., Ltd. It owns the Provincial high-tech R&D center, and at the same time HYCV has been recognized as Provincial High-tech enterprise and the key high-tech enterprise of National Torch Program and Provincial enterprise institude.
Pioneer of industry standards
· As a leader of the air separation industry in China, HYCV has taken part in drafting and enacting series of national standards such as the third part about design in GB/T18442.3 Stationary Vacuum-insulated Cryogenic Pressure Vessel, the forth part about manufacture in GB/T18442.3 Stationary Vacuum-insulated Cryogenic Pressure Vessel, the GB/ T10606-2008 Terminology of Air Separation Plant, and the JB/T13369 Power-insulated Cryogenic Pressure Vessel. In addition, HYCV has also involved in drafting and issuing series of enterprise standards such as the Q/HTV2201-2014 Static Vacuum-insulated Cryogenic Pressure Vessels for Cold-stretching of Austenitic Stainless Steels and the Q/HTV4201-2017 Water Bath Vaporizers.
Patents
· HYCV has got 46 patents, among which there are 7 China invention patents and，39 utility
patents.
Personnel and technical achievements
· Till now, HYCV has one professor engineer, seven senior engineers, twenty engineers and
over sixty professional technicians
· To better design and manufacture products, HYCV has equipped with CAD,
Stress Analysis Software, etc.
· HYCV has established Provincial high-tech R&D center and Provincial enterprise
technology center and Provincial enterprise institude.
· Research, development and industrialization of static vacuum-insulated cryogenic
pressure vessels from strengthened austenitic stainless steels
· Research, development and industrialization of multi-stream vaporizers
· Research and development of plasma arc welding and its application in production
· Cooperate with Zhejiang University on study of corrosion of water bath vaporizers and its
relevant precautions.
· Research, development and industrialization of vacuum vessels range from
500m³ to 1000m³
· Research and development of mailbox-type containers and heat sink
· Development of multiple new products
