7.Feature: It consists of vertical cylindrical shell, heat exchanger tube, steam nozzle, overflow pipe, hot water circulation pump and temperature-controlling device, etc. The outer shell is mainly used to hold hot water while the heat exchanger tube is composed of heat exchanger pipe, loop pipe, inlet pipe and outlet pipe. After distribution through the lower loop pipe, cryogenic liquid enters the heat exchanger pipe to undergo heat exchange with the hot water held by the outer shell, after that, gas is generated to go through the upper loop pipe, and then being sent into the pipe network by the outlet pipe. Finally, the steam passes through the nozzle and enters the shell side to heat the water. The hot water circulation pump keeps the water temperature in the outer shell the same. The water bath vaporizer features on its compact structure and high heat transfer efficiency.
